PRIVACY RECORD / PUBLIC / UPDATED 2026-08-12
PRIVACY,
WITHOUT FOG.
This page explains how Clean Dirty Racing handles website information and game data, including online multiplayer.
Website data
The web server and hosting provider may process limited connection and operational information required to deliver and protect the site. The application does not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics by default.
Service-request data
When you submit a support, accessibility, or privacy form, the website processes your email address, request category, summary, message, browser language, submission time, and a browser-generated request reference. It sends those details in one plain-text email to a fixed Clean Dirty Racing address. The application does not keep a ticket database or add your IP address or user-agent string to that email.
Form security and rate limiting
Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and connection signals only on pages containing a request form to prevent abuse. After successful verification, the website temporarily keeps your normalized email address and request time in server memory for rate limiting for up to one hour. That temporary state is not a support record and is cleared when the server restarts.
Support communications
If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to investigate and respond. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, complete system logs, or unrelated personal information.
Multiplayer data
When you use online multiplayer, Clean Dirty Racing collects User ID data (your display name, persistent multiplayer identity, and racing number or tag), Gameplay Content (multiplayer state, matchmaking and session data, and lap reports), and Device ID data (your public IP address and an install-level identifier used for hosting and connectivity).
How multiplayer data is used
These data types are used only for App Functionality, including identifying drivers, listing and joining hosts, matchmaking, running race sessions, reporting laps, maintaining connectivity, securing the service, and diagnosing operational problems. They are linked to your identity because your persistent multiplayer identity and screen name can be associated with multiplayer events. They are not used for tracking, third-party advertising, the publisher’s advertising or marketing, or analytics.
Legal bases
Multiplayer identifiers and Gameplay Content are processed to provide the online functionality you choose to use. Form information is processed to respond to your request. Rate limiting, service security, and operational data are processed for the legitimate interest of protecting the services and their users. Information may also be processed or retained when necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
On-device data
Solo recordings and game settings remain on your device and are not collected by Clean Dirty Racing. Information processed only on your device is not transmitted to the multiplayer service.
Multiplayer retention
The public host directory temporarily retains public IP and session-listing metadata for up to 90 seconds so other players can discover and join a listed session. The official multiplayer server’s operational logs associate screen names with multiplayer events and are retained only while reasonably needed to investigate service failures, abuse, or security incidents.
No tracking, advertising, or analytics
The game and website do not use the collected data to track you across apps or websites. No advertising, marketing, or analytics services are enabled. If these practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before the new collection or use begins.
Third-party processors
Railway hosts the website, Cloudflare provides website delivery, bot verification, and email forwarding, and Resend delivers form messages to the published Clean Dirty Racing addresses. Those providers process the limited information needed to provide those services. The official multiplayer service is operated by Clean Dirty Racing and hosted in France.
Retention and deletion
The website does not retain a separate ticket record. Form messages and replies are retained only while reasonably needed to handle the request, document its resolution, or meet a legal obligation, subject to the email provider and destination mailbox settings. Multiplayer directory metadata expires as described above. You may request access to or deletion of multiplayer or support information using the privacy contact below.
Automated decisions
Clean Dirty Racing does not use personal information for profiling or solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Automated bot checks may reject a form submission; the published privacy email remains available as an alternative contact method.
App Store license terms
The Mac App Store version of Clean Dirty Racing is licensed, not sold. Unless a custom end-user license agreement is presented with the app, its use is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, linked below. This privacy policy supplements those license terms by explaining the publisher’s data practices.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of multiplayer, support, or privacy-request information associated with you. You may also ask for restriction of processing or object where applicable. Use the Privacy Choices link immediately below to submit a request. You may lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority where you live or work.
